- Grind green chllies, grated coconut, jeera, turmeric, shallots and garlic to a coarse paste..
- Heat oil in tawa, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. After spluttering add the ground masala with very little water. Saute for 2 minutes. Add cooked tapioca and salt to taste and mix well..
- Serve with any curry, preferably fish curry..
