  3. Prepare of White or Brown toast.

  1. In a small pot, Boil the eggs for 3 - 5 mins in boiling water.
  2. Remove the eggs from stove and peel the shells off.
  3. Place your toast on a plate and cut your avo in half and put it on the toast.
  4. Put your boiled eggs on the toast over the avo, add salt and pepper and pinch of Chilli flakes.
